  25. Have you tried saving immediately after setting the baud rate preference
  26. for one of the ports?

  28. I got greedy and tried to set port 0 to 115k then switched to port 1 and
  29. set it to 115k then I switched back to port 0 and it was 9600 again. but 
  30. when I hit save before I switched ports, everything stayed where I wanted.

  32. Again I apologize if you've tried this and still have problems. But it
  33. seemed a really counter-intuitive way to have the prefs behave, so maybe 
  34. you think so too.
